The Rector Companies developed six 7,000 square foot Merchant’s Tire & Auto store locations, allowing Merchant’s to fulfill their expansion plans in the Mid-Atlantic region. All aspects of the development process were handled by The Rector Companies, from site screening and acquisition to turn-key occupancy and leasing. These properties enabled Merchant’s to move real estate debt off its balance sheet, freeing cash to invest in core operations.
