Carefully selected by the Commonwealth of Virginia, The Rector Companies developed three customer service centers for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Each of these three projects included complete development, construction, finance, and lease-back services. Through the success of these three buildings, The Rector Companies became a preferred developer for the Department of Motor Vehicles. The Rector Companies currently manage two of these three facilities.
