The Rector Companies’ first project with Ferguson, the largest distributor of plumbing supplies in North America, is a 30,500 square foot warehouse facility located in Gainesville, Virginia. Ferguson quickly outgrew its smaller facility in the area, and The Rector Companies are delivering a built-to-suit facility that will be leased by Ferguson on a long-term basis.
